Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems is seeking a Boiler Technician to maintain and repair boiler controls and related equipment at our Riverside-area site. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, test systems, and ensure safe, efficient boiler operation.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling, 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, and availability for emergency call-outs. Valid driver’s license and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling completed.
• 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience.
• Available for emergency call outs.
• Team player able to work with other trades and client staff.
• Rule 1415 certified.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of boilers.
• Complete daily checks and maintain necessary operating records.
• Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and associated equipment.
• Perform monthly testing of all safeties.
• Complete annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
• Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems.
• Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.
