Moose Lake Village, a Cassia senior community in Minnesota, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. You’ll help residents with personal care, daily living activities, and documentation, while supporting activity programs and reporting changes to the RN.

We offer competitive pay from $22.60 to $25.98 per hour on-call shifts, with advancement opportunities and professional development through Cassia and our mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification is required and in good standing on the registry.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence by assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individualized care plan.
• Take and record vitals and report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on the charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
