Nye Health Services in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks a compassionate On-Call Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide essential resident care and support during shifts as needed. Current CNA certification in Nebraska is required, with emphasis on dignity, independence, and teamwork.

The CNA will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, vital signs, and documentation while ensuring safety and quality of care in a licensed facility.

Formación

• Current CNA certification required in Nebraska.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident spaces.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Document care provided accurately according to policy.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
