Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraksa.
• Previous long-term care or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide timely and attentive response to call lights and resident needs.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and dining services as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Accurately document care and services provided in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and team members.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
