Job summary

Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Corvallis, OR is hiring On-Call Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. This PRN role offers competitive hourly pay and a supportive environment where every resident matters from day one.

You will assist residents with daily activities, take vital signs, maintain clean, safe spaces, and follow care plans. CNA certification and recent clinical hours are required, with 1-2 shifts weekly and 2 weekend shifts monthly.

Qualifications

• Requires valid CNA certification in good standing with the State.
• Availability to work 1-2 shifts per week, 2 weekend shifts per month (Required).
• Recent education or clinical hours.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; caring, dependable, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily living activities such as hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and comfort.
• Take and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Keep resident spaces tidy, organized, and safe.
• Follow individualized care plans and complete assigned tasks professionally.
