Job summary

CAE Inc in Orlando, FL is seeking an On-Call CJ4 Instructor Pilot to deliver ground school and simulator training for Initial, Recurrent, and specialty courses. The role emphasizes customer progress, tailored lesson planning, and up-to-date publications and training materials.

This part-time position requires 3,000 total flight hours, an ATP with PIC rating, and excellent English communication. Travel may be required occasionally, and you will join a team dedicated to safety and high standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state-issued equivalent.
• Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.
• Unrestricted ATP certificate with one PIC rating.
• Excellent English in speaking and writing; strong communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training and training conferences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and simulator training to customers.
• Lead Captain Upgrades and Initial/Recurrent Training.
• Evaluate pilot performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain training records and required paperwork.
• Coordinate lesson plans and training materials.
• Act as liaison between customers and training center managers.
