Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Divinity, Theology, Religion, or related field.
• Master's Degree in Divinity, Theology, Religion, or related field preferred.
• One ACPE Certified CPE unit required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct spiritual care to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Assist with crises/trauma and help make meaning during illness or distress.
• Document interventions and coordinate follow-up with chaplains and care teams.
• Offer holistic spiritual care addressing spiritual, emotional, and social needs.
• Support ethical decision making and involve faith leaders when requested.
• Respond promptly to traumas, codes, or urgent requests.
