Job summary

Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Roseburg, OR is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). We offer flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN positions, with a wage range based on experience.

Join our compassionate team to assist residents with daily living, monitor vital signs, and support individualized care plans. Valid CNA certification required; availability for 1–2 shifts weekly and 2 weekend shifts monthly.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in good standing (state).
• Available to pick up 1–2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month.
• Completion of required state and federal in-service education (typically 12 hours).
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Recent education or clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, BP).
• Maintain a clean, organized environment in residents' rooms.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.

Wage Range: $25.18 - $32.45/HR (based on certified experience)

Available Schedule: PRN
