Job summary

Eurest is hiring an on-call Catering Attendant in Seattle to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the catering captain. You will ensure accurate execution of events, assist with setup, service, and breakdown, and return leftovers promptly.

Location: 400 9th Avenue N, Seattle, WA 98109. Schedule: on call; 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm; hours may change. Experience in serving/catering required; benefits include tips and paid lunch.

Qualifications

• Serving/catering experience required.
• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.
• Drives a catering delivery truck when required.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment and follows sanitation policies.
• Serves food and beverages to guests and handles equipment with care.
• Returns food, beverages, and utensils to the facility and maintains inventory.
• Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintains knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand.
