Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
• Willing to train for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Sets up and decorates tables and buffet areas.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans the event area during and after functions and returns equipment to the facility.
• Maintains knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand.
