• Responds to inquiries from CRM leadership and responsible parties.
• Interacts with patients to track progress and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinates referrals to PCP and JHS specialty clinics and schedules studies.
• Maintains CARE values and participates in ad hoc management activities.
