Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plans.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report any changes in resident condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with colleagues.
