Job summary

The Crossings of Willmar is seeking a Caregiver/HHA/CNA (On-call) to support residents with compassionate personal care in an on-site senior living community in Willmar, MN. This on-call, part-time role offers entry to Lifespark’s family of care services and opportunities to grow within the organization.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide respectful, person-centered care, and contribute to a warm, supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as described in the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
