Job summary

The Crossings of Willmar, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (Part Time) to join our growing team.

The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living offers compassionate care for residents and a supportive work environment where staff help people age magnificently. This role is on-site in Willmar, MN with flexible hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs with respect and dignity.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration as described in the care plan.
