Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking On-Call Caregivers (HHA, CNA, PCA) in Leominster and nearby towns to deliver in-home care with compassion. You will be assigned flexible shifts, receive an on-call stipend plus hourly pay, and may have a Daily Pay option.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and following each client’s care plan. Reliable transportation and accessibility to multiple local locations are required.

Qualifications

• Caregiver with HHA, CNA, or PCA qualifications.
• Willing to work on-call shifts with responsiveness.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow client care plans and document care.
• Commitment to compassionate, respectful home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, bathing, and grooming.
• Assist with dressing and toileting tasks.
• Support mobility and transfers as needed.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Handle laundry and daily living activities assistance.
• Offer companionship and monitor client wellbeing.
• Follow the client care plan and document changes.
• Report safety concerns and maintain infection-control practices.
• Complete required documentation and use PPE as directed.
