Job summary

VNA Care is seeking caregivers for Leominster area positions (HHA, PCA or CNA) offering hourly home care across days and overnights. Jobs include assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and compassionate client support.

We pay $21–$23 per hour, with mileage reimbursement and potential bonus based on hours worked, and provide a supportive team environment with caregiver recognition.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training required.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Compassionate and patient caregiver with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Assist with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation
• Consult regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment
• Maintain confidentiality of clients
