SYNERGY HomeCare in Illinois is hiring on-call caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical support in clients' homes, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to build meaningful relationships.

As an on-call caregiver you will assist with companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders, while maintaining professional communication with clients and families. We offer paid orientation, ongoing training, and direct deposit as part of a supportive team.
