SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking on-call caregivers to join our nationwide network. You will provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their homes, while maintaining professional relationships with families and team members.

Flexible hours, reliable attendance, and empathy are essential for success. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and coordinating care with clients and family members.

• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
