Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking on-call caregivers to support clients in their own homes across the community. You will provide compassionate, non-medical care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep and medication reminders, while building trust with families and the care team.

This role offers flexible on-call hours, paid orientation and ongoing training, and time-and-a-half for overtime. Join a national agency committed to reliable, heartfelt care.

As an On-call Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Meet a variety of clients and expand your experience
