Job summary

University of Kentucky is seeking an On-call Cardiac Cath and EP Technologist to support interventional, structural, pediatric, and electrophysiology procedures. You will scrub and assist during diagnostic and interventional studies and monitor hemodynamic readings.

This is an on-call, on-site role with responsibilities across cardiac and peripheral angiography. Required ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist status, Kentucky Radiation Operator License, and BLS at hire, with ACLS, PALS, and CET

Qualifications

• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist status required.
• Kentucky Radiation Operator License required.
• BLS certification required at hire; ACLS, PALS and CET within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Scrub/assist physician during diagnostic and interventional Cardiac and Peripheral angiographic studies.
• Record and monitor procedures and interpret hemodynamic measurements.
• Provide adequate call coverage per departmental need.
