Job summary

Baptist Health in Lexington, KY seeks a Cath Lab Tech for full-time, first shift, diagnostic and imaging. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified individuals.

Role involves cardiovascular imaging and interventional procedures, including electrophysiology support and pacemaker/ICD implantations. Requires ARRT credentials, BLS/ACLS, and Kentucky licensure with NIHSS orientation as applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology or related field.
• Certificate for Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT Registry in Radiography RT (R) within 90 days of hire.
• KY Radiation License/Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.
• BLS certification; obtain within 30 days if not already.
• ACLS certification within one year.
• NIHSS certification upon Neurovascular orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during electrophysiology procedures and during implantations.
• Perform digital imaging techniques and aseptic technique; manage complications as needed.
• Support arterial and venous access and device placements in cath lab procedures.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and professional conduct in the lab.
