Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing code and commercial plumbing systems.
• Understanding of new installations and remodel modifications.
• Familiarity with functions of plumbing, heating and cooling systems.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs and replacements of plumbing, heating, cooling, water and sewer systems on campus and at satellite locations.
• Complete remodel projects and new installations; perform utility locates.
• Respond to building plumbing or utility system problems on a rotating on-call basis.
