Job summary

Kitsap Mental Health Services is seeking an On-Call Pendleton Place Behavioral Health Technician to support clients and staff in a safe, therapeutic environment. The role includes greeting residents, handling calls, and assisting clinical staff with daily operations.

Extensive front desk and administrative tasks are required, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and teamwork within the housing and counseling teams. This is an on-call, on-site position in Bremerton, WA.

Qualifications

• Experience: Entry level (no prior related work experience).
• Valid Washington Food Handler card.
• Licensure: Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and partners; direct to appropriate staff.
• Monitor lobby activities and de-escalate disruptive behavior.
• Manage front desk phone calls and messages; route as needed.
• Support pens/clerical tasks and calendar management for Pendleton Place Manager.
• Prepare meeting materials and coordinate rooms.
• Maintain supplies and ensure neat lobby, reception, and common areas.
