Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician Shift Supervisor to provide leadership and support for Behavioral Health Technicians for our Residential Services team. This position helps ensure staff have the guidance, training, and oversight needed to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.

The role serves as a key operational resource during each shift and supports effective service delivery across the milieu.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Inpatient/residential setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and ensure duties are completed.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to staff.
• Maintain documentation and supervise charting activities.
• Lead supervision meetings and assist with staffing decisions.
