Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws.

Responsibilities

• Process guests' checks, cash, cards and room charges following standards.
• Open and close side work to ensure prompt, efficient service.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails with proper portion control.
• Serve food and beverages in a warm, courteous manner.
• Maintain clean, organized lounge areas and operate the computer system.
• Carry out cashiering tasks and report intoxicated guests to management.
• Assist in maintaining beverage costs and stock control.
