Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field experience preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Flexible with long hours.
• Medium physical effort (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Process guests’ checks, cash and cards per standards.
• Open/close side work to ensure prompt service.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails per standards.
• Serve guests in a warm, friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of lounge areas.
• Stock and clean glassware.
• Follow state liquor laws.
• Assist in managing beverage costs.
• Complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels.
