Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Bartender in our Durham, NC property to provide beverage service across bars and outlets while delivering friendly, efficient guest experiences. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year hotel/restaurant bar experience.
• Must be 21+ and able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bars and restaurants in accordance with service standards.
• Take guests' food and beverage orders and upsell where appropriate.
• Record orders in the POS system and handle payments following procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Assist bar back and kitchen, ensuring proper stock levels and setup for service.
• Follow safety, sanitation and alcohol service regulations and company policies.
