Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years bartending experience.
• Bartender certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with liquor, juices, and garnishes.
• Keep bar, glasses and cutlery clean and sanitized.
• Verify guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepare drinks according to standard and guest preferences.
• Present bills and take payment.
• Engage and satisfy guests.
• Monitor for overconsumption and act accordingly.
• Lock up and store all beverage and equipment; secure cash drops.
