Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our service team in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, accurate order taking, and maintaining a welcoming bar experience.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of a high school education with at least one year in a hotel or restaurant serving role. Food safety certification is preferred and flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of hotel/restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Food safety certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food orders from guests and manage buffet as needed.
• Ensure meals are delivered and presented properly for guests.
• Refresh drinks and assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
