Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Missouri seeks an on-call bartender for hotel events. You will craft traditional and creative cocktails, keep an attractive bar, and ensure compliance with current serving guidelines while delivering memorable guest experiences.

This role requires knowledge of mixology, bar equipment, sanitation standards, and the ability to stand for long periods, manage inventories, and enforce alcohol policies.

Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

This is an on-call roll meaning available shifts will be at the discretion of events going on in the hotel.
