• Sets up bars, stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice and supplies.
• Maintains garnishes and perishables to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests courteously and processes drink orders.
• Checks IDs and handles cash; records charges and vouchers.
• Locks up and secures beverage inventory and cash drops.
• Performs cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.
• Maintains attractive bar display and cleans stemware.
