MGM Resorts International is seeking a Barista/Fountain Worker for MGM Grand in Las Vegas. You will primarily work at Starbucks, crafting beverages and food items while delivering friendly, personalized service to guests.

The on-call schedule supports other Quick Service outlets as needed, with a starting hourly rate and tips. The role emphasizes guest experience, teamwork, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience as a food handler in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work varied, on-call shifts.

Responsabilités

• Take and place orders, and serve and garnish food and drinks accurately.
• Handle cash following proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain front and back-of-house cleanliness and dining area appearance.
• Pack and complete orders per guest preferences with condiments.
• Label and date products per safety procedures; ensure sanitation.
• Perform opening and closing duties per shift assignment.
• Stock and organize warehouse orders in workstation and counters.
• Resolve guest complaints within authority or escalate to management.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
