Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in banquet, hospitality, food & beverage, or event setup preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms and meeting spaces per BEOs.
• Arrange tables, chairs, staging, linens, and other event equipment.
• Ensure rooms are configured accurately within timelines.
• Inspect spaces for cleanliness and presentation before, during, and after events.
• Support venue conversions between events and transfer equipment safely.
• Maintain inventory and report damaged or missing items.
• Assist banquet service staff during events as needed.
• Follow safety procedures for lifting and moving equipment.
• Communicate event requirements with managers and other departments.
• Respond quickly to last-minute event changes and adjustments.
