Job summary

Hyatt Regency DFW Airport is seeking a Convention Services Houseperson to prepare and transform spaces for conferences, banquets, and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from setup to guest-ready spaces.

You will collaborate with Events and Banquets teams, handle moveable equipment, and adapt quickly to changes while maintaining high standards of hospitality across our 92,000+ sq ft of event space.

Join our Events Team as a Convention Services Houseperson at Hyatt Regency DFW Airport, conveniently located across from Terminal C at DFW International Airport. With 811 guest rooms and over 92,000 square feet of meeting and event space, our hotel hosts everything from corporate meetings to large-scale conventions, creating memorable experiences for guests from around the world. About the Role

As a Convention Services Houseperson, you'll play a key role in bringing events to life. From setting up meeting rooms to transforming spaces for conferences, banquets, and special events, your work ensures every event is ready for success.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and breaking down meeting and event spaces
• Arranging tables, chairs, staging, linens, water stations, and other event equipment
• Ensuring meeting rooms are clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Responding to event setup changes and service requests efficiently
• Working closely with the Events and Banquets teams to deliver exceptional experiences
