On Call Banquet Server - The Eddy Taproom & Hotel

Position Overview

Seeking on-call help to set up tables for banquet functions and serve guests with enthusiasm, ensuring they have everything they need, including food and beverages. The hourly rate is $23.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and complete pre-function side work as assigned by Banquet Captain or Managers.
  • Perform service standards to exceed guest expectations.
  • Attend proactively to guest needs during functions.
  • Adhere to liquor liability laws.
  • Follow details on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • Set tables to specifications, carry trays, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in food and beverage service, with knowledge of liquor laws.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Friendly demeanor to create a fun environment.
  • Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Must have TIPS certification. A people person who is flexible, loves serving others, and can multitask accurately.
