Qualifications

• One year of banquet server experience preferred
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, guiding them through the banquet experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event service areas
• Know menu items, ingredients, garnishes, and service standards
• Assist with seating, table setup, and break down of stations
• Follow standard procedures for each event and anticipate guest needs
• Manage beverage service and ensure timely replenishment
• Coordinate with the Banquet team for smooth event flow
