InterContinental Miami is seeking a Banquet Server-Oncall to provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service during banquet and catering events. You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in downtown Miami.

Basic reading and writing are required, with previous food service experience preferred. This role may involve nights, weekends, and holidays with a pay rate of $3.75 per hour plus hotel discounts and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing.
• Food service experience with general knowledge of banquet operations.

Responsabilités

• Serve menu items to guests promptly and courteously according to banquet orders.
• Set up and break down function spaces; assist with side work.
• Clear tables and remove used dishes to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Store reusable items properly and assist with plating when needed.
