Description

We are seeking an On-Call Banquet Server to grow along with our company, and to be a part of the culture that puts its people first! We are looking for a customer service professional who is passionate about hospitality and specifically creating a top-notch experience for all of our guests through back of the house service in food and beverage. This is an opportunity to combine your can-do attitude with a passion for service. If this describes you and you love what you do, we are interested in talking to you.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Set up banquet room as instructed by the Banquets Manager/Captain to include linen, service ware and glassware.
  2. Attend pre-shift meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations, guest counts, menu offerings, VIPs and all other pertinent information.
  3. Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner. Serve the food and/or beverage according to the steps of service that the Banquet Manager/Captain communicates for the function to ensure consistency in the order throughout the banquet. Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function.
  4. Replenish beverages as necessary, and check with guests for overall satisfaction. Practice "Teamwork".
