Job summary

Hilton Woodland Hills is seeking an on-call Banquet Bartender to prepare beverages for catered events, take guest orders, and handle payments in a high-volume environment. The role requires 21+ with RBS and Food Handlers certifications and prior banquet/bar experience.

Responsibilities include setting up the bar, maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring service standards are met throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• 1 year experience as a bartender in a medium-high volume environment.
• RBS certification required.
• Food Handlers certification required.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for banquet functions and set up bar according to standards.
• Take beverage orders and record into POS; collect payments.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock; restock items for next service.
• Open wine bottles and serve in accordance with standards.
• Complete opening and closing duties and reports.
• Follow supervisor instructions and perform other duties as assigned.
