The Banquet Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service at various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties. This role involves preparing and serving drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Prepare and Serve Beverages: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes and client requests. Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations.
2. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to guests, engaging them professionally and courteously.
3. Setup and Close Down: Prepare the bar area before events and clean up afterward.
4. Stock Management: Keep the bar stocked and organized throughout the event.
5. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean, including washing glasses and utensils, following sanitation standards.
6. Process Payments: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following venue policies.
7. Compliance and Safety: Follow safety and legal guidelines, including ID checks to prevent underage drinking. Address guest issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
