Job summary
Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is seeking an On-Call Audio Technician to support our Audio Services team in Las Vegas. You will assist with installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of all Audio Department systems, collaborating with sound crew during rehearsals and performances.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of professional experience, strong knowledge of audio, RF, video, and communications equipment, and is fluent in English.
Qualifications
- Two+ years as a professional Audio Technician.
- Proficient with audio, RF, video and comms equipment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- OSHA 10 completed or willing to obtain.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain audio archives, RF, video and communications equipment; update records.
- Manage cue track docs and archives; rotate cue tracks as directed.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Operate and troubleshoot audio systems; ensure safe operation of equipment.
- Assist in installation of new audio show elements and projects.
- Collaborate with management, artistic and stage staff to support rehearsals and performances.
- Document all designs, equipment, systems and maintenance logs.
