Job summary

Everforth ECS in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Application Support Administrator to assist agents and analysts with mission-critical software and IT services, including access management and end-user support. You will document issues, draft SOPs, and support secure operation of investigative applications.

Qualifications

Requires Top-Secret clearance with SCI/CI-Poly eligibility for contract compliance.
1+ year of experience supporting application personnel.
Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail.
Entry-level with prior technical support in a business environment.
Good interpersonal skills and collaboration abilities.
Basic IT Service Management concepts and processes.

Responsibilities

Install investigative/analysis applications and manage end-user access requests.
Provide guidance and training on access issues, navigation, and errors.
Monitor applications across platforms using IP Monitor.
Escalate and coordinate with vendors to resolve problems.
Handle IT queries via multiple channels (phone, self-service).
Offer expert technical support to users with varying skill levels.
Document diagnostics in tickets and draft SOPs.
Demonstrate awareness of information security policies and procedures.
Maintain after-hours on-call roster.
