Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA Sec 608 Certification (Type I/II or Universal) is required.
• 2+ years of multi-family maintenance experience or 2+ years of commercial maintenance experience preferred.
• Familiar with plumbing repairs, HVAC, carpentry, electrical work and all facets of apartment make-ready.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the physical property and general maintenance repairs.
• Respond to on-call/after-hours emergencies.
• Handle make-ready process for vacant units.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
