Community Management Corporation seeks a maintenance technician for Winston-Salem, NC apartment communities. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks under the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager, with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include groundskeeping, HVAC checks, appliance service, and collaboration with vendors. Must have apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and be willing to work on-call shifts. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance and repairs.
• Willing to be on-call as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform groundskeeping and routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, common areas, and parking lots daily.
• Complete work orders and provide timesheets to management.
• Clean and paint vacant apartments per guidelines.
• Pressure wash surfaces as needed and water grounds seasonally.
• Service HVAC systems at seasonal transitions and log findings.
• Inspect and service major appliances and exterior windows.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and document maintenance logs.
• Be prepared for emergency situations with contact information available.
