Qualifications

• Experience in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and appliance repair preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance service requests accurately and timely.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents via make-ready process.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs; replace fixtures and clear drains.
• Do minor electrical work not requiring a licensed electrician.
• Assist with carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and HVAC/other systems.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and monitor outside vendors.
• Perform groundskeeping and onsite property upkeep as needed.
• Support after-hours/on-call maintenance rotation.
