Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II for the Glen Ridge apartment community. You will perform appliance, carpentry, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties while supporting the Service Manager and maintaining the property's systems.

The role requires a minimum of one year in apartment maintenance, valid driver’s license, and a flexible on-call schedule. Company benefits include bonuses, rent discounts, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
