Job summary

CODA Beaverton Recovery Center seeks a Counselor, A&D to provide evidence-based individual and group counseling. You will carry a patient caseload, perform case management, and support clients toward long-term recovery.

Join a multidisciplinary team delivering strength-based services in a Beaverton, Oregon facility. CADC-R certification required within 30 days; BLS and crisis prevention within 90 days may be required.

Qualifications

• : At least two years of college or equivalent coursework in an addictions-related field.
• : Minimum of 6 months experience in A&D or behavioural health settings as part of a treatment team.
• : Ability to plan treatment, deliver structured interventions, and guide patients in building core life skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of patients and provide individual and group counseling.
• Coordinate care, monitor treatment progress, and support recovery goals.
• Assist with housing resources, insurance coordination, and community referrals.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
