Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team and deliver compassionate, life-affirming care in clients' own homes. You will help with non-medical needs such as companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, while building trusting relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience of at least 1 year in home care.
• HHA or CNA certification required.
• Familiarity with Axis Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Provide personal care to clients as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts.

As a Home Health Aide, HHA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provider personal care to clients as needed

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

• Experience – One years experience in home care- Required
• Education – HHA or CNA- Required
• Software- Axis Care - Preferred
• Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
