Job summary

ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc., seeks a part-time Base Manager at Patrick SFB, Florida to oversee daily tasks at Exchange locations and ensure shelves, pricing, and promotions are executed. You will coordinate with the Area Manager, visit stores, and manage stock and displays.

The role requires access to a computer, printer, and smartphone; pay is $17.00 per hour for eight hours weekly. Pre-employment drug screening and equal opportunity employment are stated in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper call frequency
• Sell and ensure proper shelf placement for all authorized items
• Fill store shelves with back-stock if opportunities exist
• Secure display activity and build displays as needed
• Scan store for missing items via hand-held device
• Conduct inventory checks and write orders for VON items
• Meet with each store manager as scheduled by AM
• Responsible for shelf management
• Facings, resets, pricing, coupons, and POG compliance
• Check code dates and rotate stock properly
• Write up/out-of-dates per manufacturers policies
• Timely communication to AM using best-practice methods
• Build displays as required
• Place Point of Sale as directed
• Report low or out-of-stock issues to Facility Manager
• Complete call reporting procedures in-store
• Other projects/requests as assigned by management
