Job summary

EMI Services is seeking an Electrician to provide electrical services, repair and installation, and support other trades in maintenance and repair of equipment. The ideal candidate has formal apprenticeship training and works to maintain systems in industrial or commercial facilities, with a Top Secret/SCI eligibility requirement.

In this role you will meet governmental regulations, read blueprints, and ensure safety and compliance while contributing to project teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ experience as a maintenance electrician in industrial/commercial facilities.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• U.S. citizenship to access military installations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning systems and components.
• Inspect systems to identify hazards and ensure code compliance.
• Plan layout and installation based on job specs and local codes.
• Provide preliminary cost estimates for materials and services.
• Maintain electrician license/ID per government regulations.
